Tony Rotondi has over 35 years of successful management and consulting experience in diverse corporate environments, ranging from smaller, emerging growth situations to large mult-location, multi-cultural organizations. He is expert at helping companies of various sizes and types make dramatic improvements in their overall business.
Rotondi was with a large multi-location financial services company for 20+ years in progressively more responsible management positions. As corporate CIO, he managed one of the most effective Information Technology organizations in the industry. His last assignment at the company was Executive Vice President for one of the major subsidiaries.Responsibilities included all information systems, product management and operating functions for the life insurance, annuities and mutual funds product lines. Among many accomplishments, there were successful integrations of multiple departments, divisions and companies of different locations and cultures.
He has also managed a consulting firm with 100+ consultants working in multiple-client sites on various and diverse I/T and general management projects; served a successful stint as the COO of a $100 million workers compensation company; consulted with various companies of size and industry in the disciplines of general management, strategy, operations and information technology.
Rotondi is also one of two principles of The Thomas Anthony Group. TAG is a company that provides transition management and business development services to the marketplace. Transition management roles have been in information technology, operations and various other functions for companies in insurance, banking, health and professional services.
Throughout his career, he has provided mentoring and coaching to many professionals helping them grow in their own careers.Rotondi's experience as both a line and staff executive provides him with a unique perspective regarding the diverse nature of various business functions and their interrelationships. It affords him the ability to provide a wide range of management services to many different kinds of organizations.
Steve Wernerworked for 20 years in a management capacity for a $30 Million distributor of industrial products, serving the upper Midwest. With clients like 3M, Koch Refinery, American Crystal Sugar, and all of the mining and paper companies in the region, Werner helped them implement various new processes to meet their product-delivery needs. These systems and services minimized, if not altogether eliminated, the inventory they previously carried in-house.Steve had responsibility for Branch Development, Sales Management, and Operations for his company.
In 1992, Steve formed Northern Impressions, a firm that specialized in assisting companies implement diverse and creative plans of action involving marketing, sales incentives, client-loyalty and employee recognition programs, through the use of promotional products including in-house capabilities of providing garment printing and embroidery.
Werner met Jack Tesmer and read the transcript that Jack wrote entitled Your Perfect Business Match. Steve immediately saw the benefit of Jack's expertise for the small business owner and co-founded The Jack Tesmer Institute in 2002. "I bring an understanding of the unique business issues of the small business owner to the table. Jack's book shed what I thought was an enlightened outlook for the CEO to look at and think about. Steve resides in the Minneapolis area where all of his five grown children live. He spends as much time at the "cabin up north" as possible. He also volunteers at the Menttium group as a mentor to young professional women, and conducts annually a 10-week course for families on basic financial principles based on scripture.
